Ice cools down and at the same time massages the skin by applying pressure.
Preferably in the shower.
It is best to rinse the surface of the mould with warm water for about 6 seconds to easily remove the ice from the mould.
Thighs, arms, shoulders – it can also be used to stimulate the neck – great for stimulation after waking up!
There are no contraindications for using it every day. Certainly after a workout, e.g. in the shower after being active.
The ice will last for approx. 35 minutes (depending on the temperature in the shower), but the massage itself should last approx. 6 minutes.
None whatsoever! However, it is worth remembering that Coolly should not be used in one spot for too long to avoid slight frostbite.
People with heart diseases should start gently and massage their body gradually, e.g. starting with their forearms (like when entering cold water in summer).
